• A PDA LMS 'guest' account provides access to one (1) training course:
  • Protective Services Mandatory Abuse Reporting Training
• When new publicly accessible courses become available, they will be added for guest user access.
• DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT! Each PDA LMS 'guest' account is linked to a unique email address. No two accounts may share a single email address. All certificates earned under a single account will display the name of the account holder only.

AAA STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: If you are staffed by or volunteer for one of Pennsylvania's Area Agency on Aging (AAA) agencies. DO NOT complete/submit the above form. PDA LMS training accounts for AAA staff and volunteers are set up at the AAA/agency level by the agency's designated PDA LMS 'org admin'. Each AAA has at least two (2) PDA LMS 'org admins'. If you are an AAA staff/volunteer seeking access to the PDA LMS training portal, please consult your supervisor to request an account through your agency's PDA LMS 'organizational' hierarchy. A PDA LMS 'guest' account does not provide access to the training courses/resources needed for your role as an AAA staff member or volunteer.
