NOTICE TO AAA STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: If you are staffed by or volunteer for one of Pennsylvania's Area Agency on Aging (AAA) agencies. DO NOT complete/submit the above form. PDA LMS training accounts for AAA staff and volunteers are set up at the AAA/agency level by the agency's designated PDA LMS 'org admin'. Each AAA has at least two (2) PDA LMS 'org admins'. If you are an AAA staff/volunteer seeking access to the PDA LMS training portal, please consult your supervisor to request an account through your agency's PDA LMS 'organizational' hierarchy.
