Guest Registration

Complete the form below to self-create a PDA LMS 'Guest' Account and receive immediate access to one (1) free and publicly accessible online training course, Protective Services Mandatory Abuse Reporting Training Course.

A PDA LMS 'guest' account automatically deactivates 30 days from the date of creation or last login!
After completing the PS Mandatory Abuse Reporting Training Course, the system awards a 'certificate of completion'. We recommend downloading/printing your earned certificate immediately, before logging out of the training portal. If your agency requires you to complete this online training course annually, you'll need to register a new 'guest' account each year.

Notice to Area Agency on Aging (AAA) Staff, Contracted Staff, and Volunteers:
If you are staffed by or provide volunteerism to one of Pennsylvania's 52 Area Agency on Aging (AAA) agencies, you should not self-register/create a PDA LMS 'Guest' account. This includes contracted staff and student interns.
A 'guest' account only provides access to the one (1) free/publicly accessible training course highlighted above. Each AAA has two or more staff members designated as a PDA LMS 'org admin' responsible for establishing a "full" PDA LMS training account, for each newly onboarded staff member and volunteer, under the agency's PDA LMS 'organizational' hierarchy. A "full" training account provides "AAA-associated" users access to all training courses/resources needed for their role; a "guest" account does not.
