Registration
Steps to Register a PDA LMS 'Guest' Account:
- A PDA LMS 'guest' account is only available to individuals NOT associated with one of Pennsylvania's 52 Area Agency on Aging (AAA) agencies! If you are staffed by or provide volunteerism to an AAA, please review the NOTICE at the bottom.
A PDA LMS 'guest' account provides access to one (1) free and publicly accessible online training course titled Protective Services Mandatory Abuse Reporting Training.

- A PDA LMS 'Guest' Account remains active for 30 days from the date of creation or last login.
- DO NOT SHARE YOUR ACCOUNT! Each PDA LMS 'guest' account is linked to a unique email address. No two accounts may share a single email address. All certificates earned under a single account will display the name of the account holder only.
As new publicly accessible training courses become available, they will be added for guest user access.
NOTICE TO AAA STAFF/VOLUNTEERS: If you are staffed by, contracted with, or volunteer for one of Pennsylvania's Area Agency on Aging (AAA) agencies, DO NOT complete/submit the above form. PDA LMS training accounts for AAA staff and volunteers must be established at the AAA/agency level by one of the agency's designated PDA LMS 'org admin'. Each AAA has at least two (2) PDA LMS 'org admins'. If you are an AAA staff member, contracted staff member, or volunteer seeking access to the PDA LMS training portal, please consult your supervisor to request an account through your agency's PDA LMS 'organizational' hierarchy. A PDA LMS 'guest' account does not provide access to the training courses/resources needed for your AAA or AAA-associated role.
