NEW TRAINING COURSES ADDED

Current PDA LMS training account holders can view these new training courses via their Course Catalog, under the 'General' or 'Protective Services' training categories.

Mandatory Abuse Reporting Training Course - In Pennsylvania, employees, and administrators of specified facilities and agencies are required to report all suspected abuse to their local Area Agency on Aging Office. This training provides the learner with an overview of the mandatory abuse reporting provisions of both the Adult and Older Adult Protective Services Acts. New User? Click Here to create a guest account. (NOTE: Area Agency on Aging (AAA) staff, contracted staff, and volunteers should not utilize the 'guest' registration form to request a new account. Each AAA has 2 staff members who hold the role of PDA LMS 'org admin'', and set up training accounts for AAA staff/volunteers under the agency's LMS hierarchy.)

Standard Precautions for Infection Control When Working with Older Adults (PPE) - In accordance with Governor Wolf's phased reopening plan for Pennsylvania to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, this training provides guidance to the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) network for safely returning to face-to-face interactions with older adults and the public.
