PDA LMS Help Center

  • The PDA LMS 'Help Center' is the preferred method to request technical assistance for issues you encounter when attempting to access or navigate your Pennsylvania Department of Aging Learning Management System (PDA LMS) training account, please direct your inquiry/request by email to:

  • In the email 'Subject Line', please type:  PDA LMS Technical Assistance Request
  • In the email 'Body', please provide the following information:
    • Your contact information (or the person the request is regarding):
      1. First name
      2. Last name
      3. Email address
      4. Name of affiliated agency
      5. Job title
      6. Name of training to be completed
    • Information/details regarding your specific request/inquiry:
      • A brief description detailing the nature of the request/inquiry.
      • If you are seeking technical assistance for an 'online' training course/module/exam, please include the 'complete' name of the online training program.  Also, please also include the name of the web browser you are using to access your PDA LMS training account (ie. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
      • If you are seeking assistance regarding an 'in-person' training session or conference, please include the name and date(s) of the event in the email body.
  • Once you have submitted your request to the PDA LMS Help Center:
    • Your ticket will be entered into a queue and addressed in the order it was received.
    • You will receive an automatic reply email to confirm receipt of your request.  The reply email will come from 'helpcenter' with a subject line 'Automatic reply'.
    • We guarantee you will receive a response within one (1) business day; however, typically responses are much quicker.
  • If any of the above requested information is omitted from your email, it may result in a delay of resolution to your request/inquiry.
