Event Cancellation Policy
5-Business Day Event Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received five (5) business days before the start date of the training or conference will not be billed.
- Spacing is limited; therefore, should you need to cancel, please do so promptly to allow other potential participants to register.
- Cancellations are only accepted via email to the PDA LMS Help Center. Please specify the training or conference name and date in the email subject line and include the first and last name, email address, and job title of the individual the cancellation is being requested for in the email body.
- If you do not cancel prior to the date of a training event or conference, your registration will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and we reserve the right to charge the registration cost, or a cancellation fee (for no-cost events).
